Charming and varietally correct. Aromas of dark cherries, plums, tobacco and rubber. The palate is vibrant with a medium-bodied mouthfeel, fine tannins and bright acidity, with delicate notes of sour cherries, dried herbs, bark and forest floor. Drink or hold.
Delightful aromas of white peach, apple, white melon, and quince are followed by a bright acidity that adds a burst of freshness to every sip. Aging for six months in neutral French oak barrels gives added nuance and complexity to this unique Chenin Blanc with its crisp and delicate mineral finish.
This garnet hued wine shows great complexity with floral characteristics and a purity of fruit. Divine aromas of raspberries, black tea, rosehips, and violets are accented by the slightest hint of lavender.
